Shipping policy
At Mudcat Clay, every piece is handmade with care in Mississippi. We do our best to get your order to you quickly while ensuring each item meets our quality standards.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. During new collection launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS. All orders totaling $49.99 or less will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $6.oo. Orders totaling $50 or more are eligible for free shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping
Mudcat Clay currently ships throughout the United States. At this time, we are not shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for customers in the Starkville, Mississippi area. If offered, pickup instructions will be provided after your order is placed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, Mudcat Clay is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist you in locating your order whenever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Mudcat Clay is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned packages that need to be resent.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mudcatclay.com and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.
