Where can I find MCC jewelry?
MCC jewelry is sold at Liza Tye in Starkville, MS and online. I also set up at local events during festivals and markets. Please follow me on Facebook and Instagram (@mudcatclay) for festival/market updates.

Can you tell me about local pick-up and shipping?
All MCC pieces are handmade and produced in small batches, so please allow a few days for processing before your is ready to ship or pick-up.

• LOCAL PICK-UP: If you’re in Starkville, MS, I offer free local pickup! You’ll receive an email with pickup details once your order is ready.
• SHIPPING:
  Orders of $50 or more ship for free. All other orders have a flat shipping rate of $6. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. I currently ship within the United States using USPS. Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal delays.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because each piece is handmade, I don’t accept general returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll make it right.

How is MCC jewelry made?
Each piece starts with high-quality polymer clay that’s custom-mixed to get the perfect color. From there, the clay is shaped by hand or with a cutter, baked for about an hour for strength and durability, then sanded smooth for a flawless finish. Some pieces are finished with a touch of resin for extra shine, and every item is assembled using hypoallergenic hardware.

Is MCC jewelry safe for sensitive ears?
Yes! Polymer clay is very lightweight, even in larger statement styles. MCC uses hardware is nickel-free, and hypoallergenic making it perfect for sensitive skin. You can wear it all day without any discomfort.

Do you focus on quality?
All MCC earrings are made with premium polymer clay and high-quality metals to stay beautiful wear after wear.

How do I care for my polymer clay jewelry?
Handle with care. When designed and baked properly, polymer clay jewelry is durable but can break under strenuous conditions.

Handle with care — avoid dropping or bending your jewelry.

• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or sleeping.
• Store pieces in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and high heat.
• To clean, gently rub with 100% acetone using a soft cloth. (Be gentle — too much pressure can damage the surface.)
